IMMIGRATION FEES (Excluding VAT)

Visa Applications:

- Visit Visa: £500 – £1,000

- Student Visa: £400 – £800

- Skilled Worker Visa: £600 – £1,000

- Spouse Visa: £900 – £1,200

Settlement:

- ILR: £1,000 – £1,500

- Long Residence: £1,500 – £2,500

- Citizenship: £1,000 – £1,500

Business:

- Sponsor Licence: £2,000 – £4,500

- CoS application: £200 – £600

Appeals:

- Administrative Review: £600 – £1,500

- Tribunal Appeal: £1,200 – £3,000

- Judicial Review: £2,000 – £5,000+

Included:

Advice, document preparation, applications, and Home Office liaison

Not Included:

Home Office fees, IHS, barristers, translation

Timescales:

2–12 weeks (visas), up to 12 months (appeals)

Landlord and Tenant Act (Excluding VAT and court fees)

-Eviction Application: £1,000-£2,000

-Defence and counterclaim: £1,200-£2,500

Lease & Licence

- Lease or Licence: £1,000 – £2,500

- Lease Review: £500 – £1,500

Included:

Contract review, negotiation, and completion

Not Included:

SDLT, Land Registry, searches, Court Fees

Timescales:

2–16 weeks

FAMILY LAW (Excluding VAT)

- Divorce: £500 – £1,500

- Financial Settlement: £1,500 – £5,000+

- Child Arrangements: £1,000 – £4,000

HOURLY RATES (Excluding VAT)

Our hourly rates are based on the experience and seniority of the person handling your matter and are in line with SRA guideline rates for London.

Solicitors (3+ Years PQE):

£180 – £300 per hour + VAT

Trainee Solicitors:

£120 – £180 per hour + VAT

Paralegals / Caseworkers:

£80 – £120 per hour + VAT

Senior / Supervising Solicitors:

£250 – £350 per hour + VAT

The fee earner assigned to your matter will be determined by the complexity of your case. We aim to use the most cost-effective level of expertise appropriate to your needs
